This established and service led charity supporting vulnerable children across the UK are looking for a switched-on Personal Assistant to provide first class support to the Director of Fundraising and team.

In this newly created role, you will be providing traditional PA support for the Director of Fundraising and their direct reports, managing diaries, making travel and accommodation arrangements, preparing reports, relevant documents, and briefing papers for formal meetings and ensuring action points are followed up within agreed timescales.

Your excellent communications skills and ability to build rapport with senior internal and external stakeholders will enable you to provide a dedicated customer experience as the first point of contact, ensuring all matters are dealt with in a prompt and polite manner, resolving issues with a professional approach in line with the charity's values.

This is a crucial role and candidates will be an integral part of the team, establishing and maintaining an advanced understanding of the directorate priorities, strategic and business plan components to enable effective support to the Director of Fundraising with their management and achievement of their allocated priorities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Personal Assistant to join a vibrant and busy team whose primary function facilitates the funding of key projects and services to be directed at the most disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.

This is a temporary role for atleast 3 month with the opportunity for a long-term opportunity for candidates successful in the role.
