Position: New Product Development Officer 
Location: Flexible across England, Wales and Northern Ireland 
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary: £28,283 to £32,908 (Depending on location)

Interview date: Thursday 29th November 

About the role: 

We are looking to recruit a New Product Development Officer to work as part of our successful Mass Participation Fundraising Team. This exciting role will support the strategic planning, creation, development and implementation of new mass participation fundraising products. 

Working closely with the New Product Development Manager, you will carry out research and lead on idea generation sessions to develop a portfolio of ideas to test and develop. You will manage products through their launch lifecycle, working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally and delivering against objectives. 

About you: 

This is a busy and varied role and we are looking for creative and highly organised individual who has experience in fundraising products/events and/or individual giving. You will be confident working independently and as part of a team and will be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Excellent communications skills are a must and the ability to plan, priorities and deliver to tight timescales is essential.
