Since 2013 our client has been working to improve bereavement support for children, young people and families in defined areas across Scotland.
- Title: Bereavement Co-ordinator - Scotland Development Project
- Salary: £28,000 p.a pro-rata: on a fixed term contract until the 31st of March 2020
- Hours: 18.75 hours per week
- Base: Home based (Scotland)
The post holder will be part of a team who are providing direction and strategic support in working to develop networks and care pathways for child bereavement support in specific areas of Scotland. The team is continuing to work to build and embed understanding and skills in the children's workforce.
Applicants should have a qualification in education, health, social care, or counselling, experience in working with bereaved children and families, excellent communication skills, be able to travel across Scotland and be passionate about enhancing support for bereaved families.
