About the role:

Our client is looking to appoint a Systems Officer to join the Registry Systems team. The Systems team is responsible for first line support for all Registry associated systems, including the main student system, other internal and external student related systems and relevant interfaces. The Systems team is key to assisting with the strengthening of the Registry’s information technology and computing capabilities.

This is an exciting time to join their diverse and dynamic team in a period of growth and development. The College is undergoing a large transformational change project that includes the implementation of a new student record system. The Student Systems team will be instrumental in supporting the transition to the new system, ongoing maintenance, training and support to users.

In this role you will assist the Systems Team on a range of systems related duties including day to day management of interfaces, troubleshooting and resolving problems related to student systems and coordinating Systems Team queries.

About you:

The role requires significant and sustained attention to detail, an ability to proactively innovate and provide creative and dynamic solutions. The ability to prioritise, multi-task and build effective relationships with staff, managers and external customers in a change environment is also key to deliver the objective of this role successfully.

As a highly motivated person you will have excellent organisational, administrative, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
