Senior Fundraiser Manager - Community & Events
TPP is proud to be recruiting for leading hospice in the Tees Valley for a Senior Fundraiser. The hospice has several centres across the region which offer palliative care to those with life limiting illnesses. The hospice is well-established and much loved by the Tees Valley Community.
The role will involve leading and managing a team of 9 (3 admin staff and 6 fundraisers) some of which are part time. You will develop and deliver on a range of events and community activities. Events include the Great North Run and Santa Run to the Artic Survival challenge. You will also develop relationships with community groups such as the WI and Rotary clubs to enhance fundraising. Finally, you will ensure volunteers and individual donors are receiving excellent stewardship.
To be successful in this role you will need community fundraising experience with the ability to lead and manage a large team. You will also need to have a good track record in income generation, and excellent budget management skills.
