HR Business Partner
Our client is an organisation that provides a range of housing and varied support services to vulnerable people. Their aim is to support people in achieving their full potential. They are currently going through a large period of growth and have vacancies for HR Business Partners.
Position: HR Business Partner
Location: Flexible
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £34,000 to £45,500 (dep on location) + £5,109 Car Allowance

About the role:
The HR Business Partner will work in partnership with all areas of the organisation to provide key management information and employee relations support that enable key stakeholders to effectively deliver their corporate goals and objectives.
The post holder will provide high level support in achieving key performance indicators and delivering a service that adds value. They will Ensure that the business deals with all ER issues effectively and in a timely manner minimising risk to the business and promoting employee engagement.
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), or equivalent professional body
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or other discipline
- Evidence of CPD
- Substantial HR experience within a multi-site setting
- Proven ability to develop a good understanding of business issues and how to identify and deliver HR interventions and solutions to meet business needs
- Track record of contributing to the management of change successfully and experience of leading on restructuring programmes
- Successful experience of providing management and analytical information to aid business performance
- Experience of TUPE and related processes
- Experience of conducting consultations with staff and other key stakeholders
- Up to date knowledge of current and future employment legislation and best practice
- An awareness of key business trends affecting HR and the provision of management information
- Knowledge of business analytics, HR databases and production of management information reports
- Experience of successfully developing, leading and implementing strategy, policy or operational plans in a multi-site environment
- Ability to review financial data and business cases to contribute to organisation wide discussions on future initiatives
- Excellent IT skills covering the whole suite of Microsoft
- Prepared to travel to offices and locations around the country
- Understanding of the social housing and / or charitable sectors including context and constraints
Desirable Skills / Experience:
- Relevant management qualification or training
- Coaching qualification or similar
- Proven track record in successfully dealing with complex employee relations issues
- Previous experience in a Business Partnering role
- Project management skills are desirable
