The Senior Marketing Manager will develop the annual go to market plan for UK conversion marketing activities both nationally and locally in line with the wider Marketing Strategy to meet business targets.
Lead a cross functional team to develop, deliver and evaluate conversion programmes.Develop, embed and lead a culture of continuous optimisation through test and learn and industry best practice.Develop and deliver compelling programmes and activities across digital and offline channels to convert enquirers into customers and to meet business targets.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and partners to ensure the optimal customer experience and outcome in keeping with the brand values and objectives.In close collaboration with other partners and stakeholders to exploit paid, earned and owned media channels including digital, offline and events.Manage preparation and production of fulfilment material for prospective and new customers.Be responsible for the performance of activities and programmes and lead the evaluation and recommendations based on data and insight from the data, planning and performance team and other sources.
The Senior Marketing Manager will have experience in delivering large scale communications programmes for a B2C organisation. You must have strong technical knowledge of both offline, CRM and DIGITAL technologies, an understanding of other marketing channels, and the ability to develop the strategic approach to conversion and lead marketing agencies. You will have demonstrable senior management experience of successfully creating and delivering multi-channel and multi-media customer engagement and conversion programmes at scale in a consumer service environment
Salary is between £52,000 and £58,000 plus unrivalled benefits.
