If so, this is a unique opportunity to work in close partnership with our visionary CEO and our wider team to lead the delivery of our strategy “Be Part of Nature’s Recovery”. This is a new role and new strategic department. 

Conservation Strategy Director - (Director for Nature’s Recovery)
Salary: 
£53,300 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
Based: Trust Head Office in Littlemore with travel to other sites as required

We are looking for a natural leader with courage and a business mind to build on and deepen our wide-ranging partnerships with farmers and landowners, developers, local authorities, water companies with all those who can help us achieve our vision.

This is a unique time for The Wildlife Trusts as farming policy changes, development pressures grow and society urgently needs a deeper connection to the natural world.  What happens in the next ten years will set the scene for future generations.  Is it time you got involved? 

The Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust is a membership-based voluntary organisation, managing over 80 nature reserves, influencing land management and educating and encouraging all sectors of the community to care for local wildlife.
