Salary: NJC Scale Grade Five, scale point 24 to 27 (£22,401 to 24,657)

About the Role:

Your role will be to work in a small team to deliver assessments and support to young carers transitioning into adulthood as well as parent carers of young people turning 18. You will manage a caseload of young carers and working with others you will develop creative and supportive solutions for young carers to help them prepare for adulthood and to achieve their desired outcomes.

About You:

You will have experience of working with 16 to 25 year olds, both individually and in groups, as well as carrying out assessments.
