Contract - 12 month FTC
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (flexitime)

Our client provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester.

They are looking for a Lettings Officer to help them manage the allocation process for their stock.

They are looking for someone who can take responsibility for providing comprehensive lettings advice, enabling access and assisting the allocation processes.

Someone who is confident delivering a customer focussed service and is assured liaising with all relevant departments, officers, contractors and appropriate agencies.

They need someone who has experience of the lettings process within social housing, that’s held a similar role previously, who is keen to learn and grow. Knowledge and experience of CBL schemes within Greater Manchester, including Salford Homesearch would be an advantage.
