Description
- Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing activity plans for a number of conferences and training products
- Working closely with the a number of internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity remains on schedule
- Email marketing - writing email copy and building emails, measuring success and sharing key learnings
- Using CRM to appropriately manage and segment the database, providing lists for marketing activities
- Maintaining and updating content on web pages
- Developing and executing social media campaigns
- Liaising with digital (PPC) and advertising (online and offline) agencies
- Working with agency and designers on marketing collateral creation
- Briefing and engaging sales teams
- Managing campaign budgets
- Project managing the training catalogue for print and digital delivery
- Working on ad-hoc projects and products as needed
Profile
Essential
- Experience of marketing through multiple channels, with knowledge of how digital, email, and social media come together to create an integrated campaign
- Email marketing - planning, execution, analytics and measurement
- Proven skills and experience in some/all of: website, email, writing web and email copy, and analysis of key digital metrics and measurements
- Experience of using email, CMS and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence building relationships across the organisation (sales and marketing teams) and with external stakeholders (agencies and designers)
- Proven time management and multitasking skills with ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage own work without strict supervision, prioritise tasks and manage stakeholder expectations
- Creative and proactive approach to work, identifying areas for improvements and making appropriate recommendations
- An enthusiastic team-player with a can do attitude
Desirable
- Previous experience of marketing conferences and/or training
- A degree level education, with some form of professional qualification in marketing or communications or equivalent
Job Offer
- Salary of £27,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
