The client is a global manufacturing business based in South Yorkshire, who sell to some of the worlds biggest brands.
Description
The Customer Insights Executive will have the following responsibilities:
- Analysis on a daily bases the customer experience programme and report on findings so that business can make customer focused decisions
- Communicate insight effectively across the business
- Make customer based recommendations to business to drive business growth
- Provide insight knowledge to the business
Profile
- Worked within insight team previously
- Excellent communicator
- Marketing background would be advantageous
- Able to work in South Yorkshire location 5 days a week
Job Offer
Full time permanent position and opportunity to grow role into management position. Salary paying up to £28k.
