We are delighted to be working in partnership with the Care Workers Charity for the recruitment of a Marketing Coordinator.

The Care Workers Charity are an award winning charity who support the welfare of current and former care workers. The organisation provides grants, information and advice, ensuring that no care worker should face hardship alone.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the charity's marketing, PR and social media function as well as implementing and developing a marketing strategy.

The charity is going through an exciting stage of development and you will play a crucial role in the growth and future success of the charity. Day-to-day duties will consist of managing the social media platforms and implementing marketing strategies to increase followers, as well as having a focus on engagement and retention, converting followers into donors. You will use your design skills to form materials and resources, as well as work with external publishers to raise the profile of the charity. As you develop your skills within this role, you will lead on campaigns, championing the care work profession. In addition, you will enhance their online and offline presence through content creation, website maintenance, and edits.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have previous experience of working within a marketing role and utilising multiple channels to both a B2B and B2C audience. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of how to combine digital, email, and social media to create integrated marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is proven experience of: working with website (CMS), email, writing web and email copy, and analysis of key digital metrics and measurements. A creative and proactive team-player, you will have strong copywriting, proofreading and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone with the ability to create and implement a marketing strategy, with the confidence to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
