The Private Client team at CAF is a high-performing team. With market-leading size and a clear strategy for ambitious growth to double the donations we receive in the next five years, we are now looking for the strategic professional who will help us realise that strategy and transform private client philanthropy at CAF.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and successful client manager with experience of developing and deploying strategies for HNWI/UHNWI client acquisition and outstanding stewardship.  The role requires a sound knowledge of charity, money and business and an aptitude for knowing what motivates donors to give ever more effectively. Understanding of the philanthropy market is essential, as well as what defines and distinguishes exceptional client service, as we drive to delight our clients.

Based at our office in the heart of the City you’ll be working in a busy and ambitious team. The candidate will think strategically and be technically impressive. They will be results orientated, have substantial gravitas with major donors and financial intermediary relationships, and have a track record of business development success in the Private Client market.
