Sense is looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our Digital Team as a Digital and Social Media Officer.

This is a full time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week at our Head Office in King's Cross, London.

About the role 
The Digital Team is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Sense websites, management of the social media platforms, digital marketing, and also supporting with video production and design. As our Digital & Social Media Officer, you will lead on the day to day management of Sense's social media channels, including sourcing and planning content, with a focus on delivering engaging content that will grow our number of followers, with a view of them becoming supporters

About you 
Our ideal candidate a degree level qualification or equivalent experience and excellent IT skills. You will have proven experience managing corporate social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. You will be adept at problem solving and have good communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be able to work well both independently and as part of a team and be able to operate in a fast paced, multi-stakeholder environment. It'd be great if you had a commitment to working in the charity sector and developing an understanding of disability issues, and how people with sensory impairments interact with social media.
