Position: Administrator
Location: Whiteley, Hampshire PO15 7AH
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Salary: Circa £19,000 per annum

About the role:
Do you want to work for a Charity working to support others?
Our client has a great opportunity to provide administration to our support services.
You will provide administrative support to the Area Managers and services as delegated by the Business Support Manager, such as undertake effective diary management and meeting arrangements, collate and produce monthly reports and statistics as required and attend meetings, take and prepare minutes as required.
You will be responsible for ordering stationery and resources including office catering and refreshments, as authorised and as required and organise travel and accommodation as required, and as authorised.
About you:
You should have English and Maths GCSES or equivalent and a minimum Business administration / Secretarial NVQ / QCF or equivalent.
You should be confident using IT systems such as Word-processing and Excel and have strong organisational and administration, able to provide effective diary management, producing reports, research and presenting findings.
Previous experience within Charity Commission or working with those with Autistic Spectrum Disorder would be desirable as would a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
You may have experience of the following: Office Administrator, Admin Assistant, Office Admin, Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Project Assistant, Team Administrator, Team Support, Charity, NFP, Not for Profit, Third Sector etc
