Position: Employment Law Adviser
Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire
Job type: Full Time, 12 months Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £33,428 per annum
Closing Date: 18th November 2018
Interview Date: 3rd December 2018
About the role:
Are you a confident individual who can deliver a high standard of employment law advice and consultancy service over the telephone and face-to-face?
As an Employment Law Consultant, you will advise on employment law and support businesses in reviewing / updating and drafting bespoke employment documentation such as contracts of employment, handbook policies and settlement agreements.
In addition, you will be required to support the Employment Service Manager in the membership sales process by networking and developing effective business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role is based at HQ Stoneleigh and will require regular travel within England and Wales.
About you:
You should possess a law or similar degree and have proven experience of providing an employment consultancy service to clients and experience of dealing with employment law queries.
You will need to have a good understanding and comprehensive working knowledge of legislation alongside of having the ability to address issues and problems and offer appropriate solutions.
Due to the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority, they are unable to accept applications for this position from qualified solicitors.
