Leading and developing the Insight team to help to shape the direction of fundraising and marketing activities covering public fundraising, partnerships and philanthropy and wider Marketing and Communications, ensuring that we are data driven and that this informs our future marketing and fundraising activity.
Ensuring the delivery of intuitive reporting and insightful analysis, supporter data management, CRM, and information, reporting and analysis, you will contribute to the success of the organisation and help us to reach our full potential.Responsible for more than just direct marketing, you will look at both philanthropy and legacy fundraising, working alongside communications colleagues, keeping in mind the bigger picture of the future of the organisation by providing results and making recommendations.
We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level, ideally encompassing a mathematics / statistics element, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Power Query and Power Pivot), SQL in an analytical context and SPSS software or similar. With strong knowledge of GDPR, fundraising regulations and compliance, you will have experience of working with data within a marketing environment, ideally with experience of not for profit marketing and fundraising systems and products.
With proven experience of leading and developing a team within a data, CRM and reporting environment, you will be a forward thinker with strong research and analysis skills
