Job Details
I am working with one of the biggest Miliary chairities in search of a Head of Philanthropy.
The Philanthropy team at this charity s newly formed and incorporates Trusts and Major Donor fundraising. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a major donor strategy as well as a trust strategy, to ensure long-term cultivation and stewardship - to help double income over 5 years. You'll be managing a team of three: a major donor fundraiser, a trust fundraiser and a researcher to support the three teams with High Value Giving.
As well as external influences, you will be engaging and influencing Directors, Assistant Director and other key internal stakeholders across Fundraising and other areas to build new opportunities and to deliver donor-led outcomes.
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary of £57,452 (inclusive of outer London weighting) and benefits, including:
