This fantastic social enterprise are looking for a Marketing and Communications professional to come and join their team on an initial 6 month FTC, with the possibility of it going permanent. Within this role you will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment marketing for prospective employees and potential customers for the social enterprise. You will be responsible for the digital engagement for the organisation, and work closely with the recruitment team and the wider marketing team to deliver creative marketing in line with the organisations mission and values. You will play a crucial role in marketing the organisation to prospective candidates for a variety of roles around the organisation, and deploy the full range of marketing tools and channels to ensure successful ROI. Further to this, you will also lead on the creative marketing for a major sector annual event that they are a careers partner of.

The ideal candidate will:

Have marketing experience
Have digital marketing experience, including web, social and email
Have experience with digital analytics tools
