This project has been funded through the Welsh Government’s Neurological Conditions Implementation Group to deliver on the Welsh Government’s Neurological Delivery Plan expectation that all staff involved in managing care for people with a neurological condition should have an appropriate understanding of the condition and its impact on the individual and their family.

About this job / Am y swydd hon 
Specifically, this role will:

  • Finalise the development of a Patient Reported Experience Measure for use across Wales and make recommendations as to how the measure should be implemented.
  • Project manage the co-development of a programme of awareness raising activities and products for professionals.
  • Work with the Neurological Conditions Implementation Group, individual Local Health Boards and Wales Neurological Alliance Members to ensure that awareness raising products are utilised.

  • Cwblhau’r datblygiad o Fesur Profiadau a Adroddwyd gan Gleifion i’w ddefnyddio ar hyd a lled Cymru a gwneud argymhellion o ran sut i weithredu’r mesur hwnnw.
  • Rheoli’r prosiect o gyd-ddatblygu rhaglen o weithgareddau a chynnyrch cynyddu ymwybyddiaeth i bobl broffesiynol.
  • Gweithio gyda’r Grŵp Gweithredu Cyflyrau Niwrolegol, Byrddau Iechyd Lleol unigol ac Aelodau o Gynghrair Niwrolegol Cymru er mwyn sicrhau y caiff cynhyrchion cynyddu ymwybyddiaeth eu defnyddio.
