Associate Head of Philanthrophy

TPP is proud to be recruiting for a leading children's charity for an Associate Head of Philanthropy specialising in trusts and statutory. The role is permanent, paying between £45k and £60k and based in London.

You will be joining a well-established major giving department whereby you will lead, and line manage two Fundraising Managers, one who specialises in trusts and the other in statutory funding. You will create strategies to increase the value of institutional donors with a focus on six and seven-figure gifts. The charity currently enjoys relationships with Garfield Weston, Big Lottery, Children in Need, DfE and the Home Office. You will ensure these relationships are being stewarded well and maximised, along with identifying and approaching new donors.

To be successful in this role you will have an excellent track record in building profitable relationships and securing major gifts. You will also have experience of creating and implementing a strategy to grow income from trusts and statutory. Finally, you will have extensive line management experience.
