Sevenoaks School Foundation seeks an exceptional fundraiser for this very exciting leadership position. The Director of Development will be responsible for leading the expansion of the Foundation’s development programmes.

This is a pivotal moment to join Sevenoaks School and the Foundation. In September 2018, the School surpassed its campaign target of £15 million 11 months ahead of schedule.  As it looks to the future, it does so with a galvanised global community committed to the School’s vision.  This is a School with a cutting edge, innovative development function.  Its approach to development is directly aligned to the School’s mission, vision, values and principles; it is mission driven – donor centred in all aspects.

With the School’s 600th anniversary in 2032, there is the opportunity to plan and prepare for a campaign which spans generations. The Director of Development, together with the Executive Director of Advancement, will work with Trustees, Patrons and Benefactors over the next two years in the development of an historic campaign to place Sevenoaks School at the forefront of education.

You will have a successful track record of securing major philanthropic gifts; inspirational team leadership skills; experience of managing relationships with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment; and a passion and commitment to the aims and objectives of Sevenoaks School.
