Due to an increase in activity across two very exciting departments, Volunteering and Events, we are looking for a great assistant to join the East Anglian Air Ambulance fundraising team.

Events and Volunteering Assistant
Location: Norwich
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Annual salary: £17,340 – £19,890 per annum (depending on experience
)

Using your excellent customer service, administration and IT skills you will deliver fantastic engagement to our event participants through the use of emails, telephone and social media event pages.

You will ensure the smooth running of the Volunteering Programme by providing enthusiastic support to the team and directly to all of our amazing volunteers across the charity. You will be directly involved in the recruitment, development and management of volunteers across the region.

You will bring your experience and excellent administrative, and organisational skills to the Volunteering and Events Teams, ensuring all our volunteers and event participants have a great experience supporting EAAA.

East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is the charity providing a helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) for the people of East Anglia. Since our launch in 2000 we have attended over 20,000 lifesaving missions, touching the lives of many thousands of people.
