Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Income and Engagement will be leading on the organisation's fundraising strategy across all income streams while overseeing the marketing and PR function. The role will involve leading and continuing to inspire an energetic and successful team across business development, fundraising and PR/coms/marketing staff.

The Director of Income and Engagement will also be responsible for Power2's income through a range of channels, including new business and account managing as well as stewarding partners. The Director of Income and Engagement will manage the overall team pipeline across income streams and the wider budget.

The successful candidate will be experienced in closing deals with commercial partners and will be confident in developing strong income generation strategies. Power2 are looking for candidates with a strong track record in generating income, successfully managing teams and developing strategies. Power2 are open to seeing applications from candidates at varying levels of their career.
