Our client is a national charity that supports more than 2,500 people with learning disabilities. They put the people they support at the centre of everything they do. 

They currently have a vacancy for a Registered Cluster Manager covering the Bristol Knowle service and the Bath service. Both are Supported Living Services supporting people with various needs. 

Position: Registered Cluster Manager 
Contract: Full time, Permanent 
Hours: 37.5 per week 
Location: Bristol & Bath 
Salary: £29,270 (rising to £30,258 upon registration and successful completion of probationary period)

You’ll go to work each day knowing you can make a real difference to the lives of adults with learning disabilities. 

There’s no such thing as a “typical day” with our client. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a “cluster” of services, inspiring your team and putting the tools in place to ensure your services are safe, caring, effective and well led. 

All they ask is that you have previous leadership experience and a Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People Level 5 or equivalent. If not, you will need to be able to achieve this, with our support, within your first 12 months.
