Chief Governance Administrative Officer

The Spiritualists' National Union is a religious charity and company limited by guarantee which exists to promote Spiritualism. We are a membership organisation with over 320 Churches and Centres across the UK. 

We are looking for a motivated and experienced person to carry out the important role of Chief Administrative Officer. This full-time permanent role provides guidance, advice and support to the trustees, in order that the Union may comply with charity and company law and other relevant legislation and operate within its own governing documents and policies.  

Candidates should be highly organised and able to plan their own work, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The salary is £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience. The role is at Redwoods, Stansted Hall, Stansted, Essex CM24 8UD. There is, however, some travel and weekend work required to attend Board and Committee meetings.
