Our client is a national charity that supports more than 2,500 people with learning disabilities. They put the people they support at the centre of everything they do.
Position: Registered Cluster Manager
Location: Lympne, Near Hythe, Kent
Hours: Full-time 37.5 per week
Salary: £29,269 rising to £30,257 pa after probation and registration

If you want to take your leadership and management experience to the next level and make a real impact on people’s lives, as well as having the opportunity to gain registered status with the CQC, they have the role for you.
You’ll go to work each day knowing you can make a real difference to the lives of adults with learning disabilities.
There’s no such thing as a “typical day” at the organisation. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a “cluster” of services, inspiring your team and putting the tools in place to ensure your services are safe, caring, effective and well led.
All they ask is that you have previous leadership experience and a Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People Level 5 or equivalent. If not, you will need to be able to achieve this, with their support, within your first 12 months.

You may have experience of the following: Service Manager, Charity, Charities, Third Sector, Registered Cluster Manager, Health and Social Care, Supervisor, Team Leader, Not for Profit, Senior Support Worker, Deputy Service Manager, Learning Disabilities etc.
