Lead Philanthropy Strategist

Morgan Hunt is proud to be partnering with a world famous international charity on their hugely exciting vacancy for a Lead Philanthropy Strategist.

The Lead Philanthropy Strategist is responsible for driving the strategy to engage high net worth individuals and ultra high net worth individuals with the vital work in conflict zones around the world. The role works across both their UK and Switzerland offices, continuing to build collaborative, effective and efficient enablers to raise significant income from UK-based philanthropists.

Building on the initial successes of the first stages of the project, you will focus on securing long-term relationships with HNW and UNWI's who have an interest in making multi-year gifts of over £1,000,000. A crucial element of the role will be the ability to work closely and effectively with the charity's senior leadership in the UK, Switzerland and other key markets.

A self-starter, with drive, vision, gravitas and charisma, the Lead Philanthropy Strategist will have significant and successful experience of engaging HNWI's for international projects and programmes. You will be comfortable navigating complex organisations and building strong internal working relationships at all levels.

You will also have the skills and insight to develop and implement a collaborative strategy for the growth of income and profile of the organisation's international work amongst UK-based HNWI's. This role will also be responsible for the line management, development and motivation of one Philanthropy Officer.
