Senior Fundraising Engagement Manager 

Today 12 children and young people will be diagnosed with cancer. This diagnosis is devastating. Life as families know it will never be the same again. That's when CLIC Sargent steps in. It is due to the dedication and attitude of our staff that we are able to help these young lives. But we know we aren't yet doing enough. One in three young people still don't receive any support from CLIC Sargent. Are you the right person to fight tirelessly to change this? 

We want to ensure all young cancer patients and their families receive the support they need from CLIC Sargent, for as long as they need it. This is a genuine opportunity to make change happen - come and join us. 

Position: Senior Fundraising Engagement Manager 
Location: Home based across the North West or West Midlands region 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £35,542

Then the Senior Fundraising Engagement Manager role could be for you! 
  
As a Senior Fundraising Engagement manager you will manage and lead an enthusiastic field based fundraising team to maximise income generation and raise the ambitious profile of CLIC Sargent. You will excel at securing and building great valuable fundraising relationships and engaging CLIC Sargent supporters and service teams across your geographic region with integrity. 
  
In supporting young lives against cancer, you will promote and represent the work of the charity in your region, personally and in the media, so that the cause is known and supported, media exposure is maximised and CLIC Sargent's engagement with the local community is strengthened and working as one team. You will champion and role model excellence in supporter experience and engagement within your team and CLIC Sargent.
