We are looking for a Membership Engagement Lead to join our client, a prestigious medical membership body.
Reporting to the Membership Manager, you will be responsible for improving membership retention through the delivery of engagement activities and promoting the organisation to strengthen regional links. Engagement activities will include, managing the publication of the membership magazine, producing market research and creating strategies for engaging all members. Day to day duties will include feeding into strategic decisions through providing data and feedback from members, assisting the Membership Manager to implement the engagement strategy and representing the voice of all members to ensure that their interests are included in all new initiatives.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have demonstrable experience of working in a membership engagement or development role. A self-starter, you will be educated to degree level and have a proven track record of sourcing and editing high quality content with a sharp understanding of the target audience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience of utilising membership engagement tools and harnessing data sources to inform business decisions.
