London Youth is a charity on a mission to improve the lives of young people in London, challenging and supporting them to become the best they can. As a vibrant, growing network of amazing youth organisations based in communities all across the capital, we worked with over 400 members and 27,000 young people in the last year . Our work gives young people access to opportunities they might not otherwise have had.
Director of Engagement

The Director of Engagement is a vital position, shaping London Youth’s ambitious membership and communications strategies, providing strategic leadership and building and expanding reach and impact and we are looking for someone with significant leadership experience.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will significantly contribute to the development of vision and strategy, building on London Youth’s successful record of accomplishment. You will play a leadership role in the next phase of our strategic growth and development.
You will have an outstanding ability to cultivate positive relationships with members and key sector stakeholders. Enterprising by nature, you will be able to proactively identify and maximise new opportunities and partnerships. We are looking for an inspired communicator who can actively engage with our members and ensure young Londoners’ voices are heard.
