Job Details
We're looking for a confident and talented internal communications person to help manage our day-to-day internal communications channels, coming up with creative campaigns and digital content to ensure that our staff and volunteers are kept informed, engaged and inspired around the work we do at the BHF.
You'll be our expert on communicating with our staff, a trusted advisor to colleagues across the BHF and a creator of knockout content. You will get behind our ambition to be a sector leading Internal Communications team and take real pride in your work. Ultimately, you'll be working to improve the engagement of staff and volunteers within the BHF, helping to raise funds to power our life saving research.
You'll help to build employee engagement through developing powerful storytelling within the BHF, through developing channels that inspire and engage our teams so that they are clear about our organisational objectives and our ready to deliver against them.
About you
Joining a collaborative, supportive and driven Internal Communications team you'll have a real passion for engagement and internal communication. With previous experience of managing and delivering internal communications within organisations with a geographically dispersed workforce, you'll have demonstrable experience of managing projects with a diverse range of stakeholders over numerous sites.
An understanding of, and interest in digital channels you'll have the ability to create engaging content across a range of media. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Alongside excellent creative and editorial skills, you'll possess great attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
