Media Officer

Salary: £31,000 - £33,000

The Position:

This large, well-known charity are on the hunt for a Media Officer. As a vital member of a dynamic team, you’ll promote the organisation; developing effective relationships with the media, writing influential press releases, case studies and managing press inquiries.
 

Requirements:

• Broad experience working within Media/PR, writing press releases and use of social media (newsroom or press office experience is beneficial).

• Able to manage relationships with journalists and media teams, covering high-profile campaigns and achieving influential coverage over national, online, consumer and industry-specific media.

• Experience working on sensitive, complex issues and case studies 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
