Position: Regional Community Fundraising Manager
Location: Flexible across East and West Midlands
Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £ 35,747 actual per annum
Closing date: 5PM on Thursday 25 October
Interview date: 1st Round - Friday 2nd November
About the role:
We are the UK's leading dementia charity. Every day, we work tirelessly to find new treatments and, ultimately, a cure for dementia. We provide expert information, training, and support services to all those who need our help. And we are creating a more dementia-friendly society so people with the condition can live without fear and prejudice.
Join us as a Regional Community Fundraising Manager in the Midlands and help us shape the development of Community Fundraising activities across the region. With strong emphasis on strategic performance, management, development and delivery you will be leading a team of geographically dispersed Community Fundraisers and our wonderful supporters.
About you:
We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic manager with demonstrable experience of strong leadership, line management and motivating a team to deliver its targets. It goes without saying that apart from strong line management and leadership experience you will also have great communications and interpersonal skills. This will also have to be backed up by strong experience of developing strategies and achieving budgets to ensure that our Community Fundraisers are equipped to support the local community.
