Our client is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable young people across the world through training and education. We are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant on a full-time temporary basis to support the team on a temporary basis with an opportunity to go permanent. The role will begin at the end of October.
The main duties will include:
-Checking invoices from suppliers for accuracy
-Ensuring invoices are correctly coded and authorised
-Carrying out payment runs
-Customer service and communication with stakeholders
-Creating and sending invoices
-Reporting on the financial year
You must have working use of SunSystems to be shortlisted for this role. You must also have working experience in a similar role in a finance department. The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated and have stellar communication skills.
