Head of Strategic Marketing
Prospectus is excited to be collaborating with an international aid organisation to source their new Head of Strategic Marketing within their team based in Oxford. The organisation are looking for someone self-motivated, target driven and proactive to join their successful and fast-paced Audience Planning Team.
The team is responsible for the decision-making and audience management that determines their public engagement activity plan so that it can deliver against their wider Public Engagement team objectives. The team drive and embed new ways to categorise and define audiences to ensure individuals receive a coherent and tailored experience with them. In addition, the team are responsible for coordinating income generation activities in new markets.
The Head of Strategic Marketing will directly line manage three members of staff and will be responsible for leading an inspiring the team to interpret insight, data and trends to develop audience-centric marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will have prior line-management experience as well as having strategic planning skills and analytical thinking within the context of public and supporter audiences. They are looking for someone with experience in making sense of complex data, market information industry trends and audience needs to generate audience-focused acquisition and retention plans.
