Job Details
A leading financial institute are recruiting for an Branch Network Manager. This is a permanent full time position based in London.
Your main responsibilities in this Branch Network Manager role:
-Manage a team of support staff in the development of volunteer committee engagement
-Develop key relationships within the branch network
-Working with your team in providing new members with welcome packs and clear guidelines
-Offer face-to-face contact and support for branches
-Provide content for quarterly bulletins ensuring regular and consistent communication
-To oversee a programme of visits by HO staff to the Branch Network
-Increase engagement through recognised channels: social media, email, website
-Develop and implement policies to promote good governance
Essential criteria for this Branch Network Manager role:
-Demonstrable track record of improving an organisation's engagement levels
-Proven experience in raising the customer service and reliability factor of a frontline team
*Ideally in the membership space
-A strong focus on priding oneself on delivering a high standard of -customer experience improvement
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-A natural leader, highly organised with some supervisory/team leading experience
