Data and Impact Manager
Changing Faces is the UK's leading charity for everyone who has a mark, scar or condition that makes them look different. We are currently recruiting a full time Data and Impact Manager to help them measure, understand and communicate the charity's impact as part of it's new Strategic Plan.
This new role will be responsible for leading and managing a rigorous and transparent evaluation approach, ensuring that all strategic decisions are informed by clear evidence and support the driving of a culture of ongoing innovation, learning, knowledge-sharing and excellence across the charity.
The successful candidate will have a strong, proven track record in the monitoring and evaluation of projects and programmes in addition to implementing evaluation strategies. Having created a framework for capturing information ideally in the health or mental health sector, this person will have an in depth knowledge of data modelling, analysis and development with young people or voluntary organisations. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be essential as will a belief in the important work of this innovative, values driven charity.
