This organisation has been at the forefront of supporting families affected by imprisonment for over 120 years and are renowned for the creativity and ingenuity in affecting meaningful positive change in people's lives. The Supporter Relations manager will play a vital role in delivering this change.

The Supporter Relations Manager will be responsible for expanding the reach of the fundraising team within existing and new networks of supporters across the UK. Reporting to the Head of Supporter Relations, the Manager will maximise income and relationships from churches and communities, as well as working as a collaborative team member within a committed fundraising team. You will promote and support community fundraising, individual giving, and bespoke fundraising events too.

The selected candidate will have a good breadth of fundraising experience and be incredibly passionate about issues relating to rehabilitation and imprisonment. You will have experience across different revenue streams and be ambitious to grow your fundraising career with a successful team. The selected candidate will have demonstrable experience of excellent donor-facing communication and will be able to manage a variety of shifting fundraising deadlines and project priorities.
