Job Title: Interim Regional Fundraising Manager
Hours/Contract: 4 or 5 days considered, up to 9 months
Salary: Up to £40,000 (pro-rata if part-time)
We are working in partnership with a children’s charity, an organisation that provides emotional and practical support for families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness.
This Sunday Times Top 100 Not-For-Profit charity is now seeking to appoint an Interim Regional Fundraising Manager to lead and manage the Regional Fundraising Team to deliver a plan that drives income, profile and awareness of the charity. This role will deliver their own income target, whilst taking ownership of the total budget through the management of the Regional Fundraisers.
The successful individual will need to demonstrate:
- Proven track record of successful regional /area fundraising experience incorporating finance management
- Experience of operational budget setting and monitoring responsibility
- Experience of driving income and delivering growth targets
- Line management experience
- Volunteer management experience
The successful candidate will be naturally warm and enthusiastic. You will be confident and persuasive, with excellent communication, decision making and relationship building skills. You will be an adaptable and proactive individual who is able to multi task and work on their own initiative in a fast-paced changing environment.
