£20,000 - £25,000 per annum (pro rata)

Our client is a Housing Association with 6,500 homes working across East Surrey and Sussex.
They are looking for a Pathway to Employment Administrator who will be responsible for helping to deliver East Surrey Pathways to Employment, this project is funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund, which supports people in housing need to get closer to the job market.
This is an administrative and support post working directly with customers and partners on the phone, by email and face to face as well as support the project manager. You will support and work with statutory and voluntary agencies, local businesses and training providers to offer a wide range of opportunities to support people to reduce their barriers and increase their skills for employment.
You will record, collect and collate evidence and documentation for audit, claim submissions and project files ensuring that projects are compliant and have accurate and accessible records at all times.
The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and have previous experience of using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level. You must have the ability to take on board feedback from others and uses it to improve and have strong planning and organisational skills.
