Chair of the Board of Trustees
From modest beginnings The Trussell Trust has grown to become one of the country’s leading and most respected anti-poverty charities, supporting a network of over 420 foodbanks around the UK.
Our vision is to end hunger and poverty in the UK. We do this by providing compassionate and practical support whilst influencing national policy and debate through rigorous, evidence-based findings and research.
Acting as an ambassador for, and guardian of, the Trussell Trust’s mission, vision, and values, the Chair holds the board and Chief Executive to account against the achievement of the organisation’s strategic objectives and provides leadership, direction, and clarity of purpose.
If you feel that you would like to join the fight to end hunger and poverty in the UK we would love to hear from you.
