As Innovation Manager your job will be to lead the development and delivery of transformation fundraising concepts, starting with discovery of customer requirements through concept design and pilots to full production and roll-out.
You'll join a close-knit team who will work cross-organisationally to unique propositions and innovations to grow our ability to fund lifesaving research by 25% over the next 5 years.
We're looking for someone with a diverse skill-set spanning innovation, product development and Agile digital delivery. You'll have a strong vision of what world-class fundraising customer experiences look like and you'll have lead the development of new fundraising concepts and collaborate closely with insight, UX, business analysts to innovate new products and steer end-to-end development of minimum viable products.
We're looking for bright, exciting individuals and analytical creatives with diverse mind-sets to challenge and develop our fundraising department. Your ability to lead, influence, excite and create will be fundamental to revolutionising the way we fundraise.
