Our client is an innovative provider of housing and community services. Formed in April 2015 from a historic merger between two of Manchester’s largest housing associations. In the subsequent two years the Group has achieved its initial merger aspirations and is now extending and expanding (doubling) its new homes programme across a range of tenures and locations. It currently owns and manages more than 12,000 homes in central, south and east Manchester.

This exciting opportunity is available to support the management and delivery of this programme which will include new build, refurbishments and acquisitions across a range of tenures. You will undertake a diverse range of activity in the development of all aspects of their growth strategy.

Applicants will have significant experience of development and regeneration covering  feasibility, design and appraisal through to the construction phase and completion.  They are particularly interested in your experience of successful partnership and stakeholder engagement in a regeneration setting.

They are looking to recruit a highly motivated and innovative manager keen to help create homes and places to be proud of. You will have a good practical knowledge of the housing, conveyancing and construction sectors and high calibre communication, negotiation and advocacy skills coupled with sound commercial awareness and acumen.
