TPP is proud to recruiting for leading domestic violence charity which supports women and children who have suffered from domestic abuse. They are currently looking for a Bid Development Officer on a permanent basis paying £32,891 to £36,779 based in London.

You will work as part of a small but energetic development team, identifying opportunities and producing engaging material in relation to tender opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Horizon Scanning, ensuring potential new business opportunities are identified and evaluated
  • Developing and writing high quality tenders and grant proposals
  • Supporting the ongoing review of organisational competitiveness

Experience of working with colleagues across departments to develop service proposals and a successful track record in generating income through writing competitive bids is essential. A strong understanding of the commissioning environment in government and local authorities is necessary for this post. An ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines is a prerequisite.
