Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their Supporter Services Team. This is a full time opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis at their Head Office in London.

About the role

No day will be the same, with a mixture of outbound and inbound telephone calls, income coding, letter and email handling as well as essential administrative tasks to ensure we are delivering incredible support to fundraising and membership teams across the organisation.

This role plays an essential part of the fundraising department ensuring existing supporters and the general public have the best possible experience; from their very first interaction to throughout their relationship with the Charity.

About you

The successful candidate will have experience delivering, and be enthusiastic about, great customer service as well as having an upbeat can-do attitude. Previous experience of working in a customer or supporter service environment is essential. Experience working in a charity fundraising environment is desirable. Excellent communication skills are a must as are organisational skills and attention to detail.
