Registration and Licensing Executive Support
We are delighted to be partnering with The Science Council to recruit their new Registration and Licensing Support Executive. The Science Council sets the standard for practising scientists through professional registration. They also license members to award one or more of the Science Council Registers.
Reporting to the Registration and Licensing Manager, the overall purpose of this role is to provide administrative support, enabling the team to build the licensing and registration infrastructure. Day to day responsibilities will include administration support such as diary management and arranging travel and accommodation. The role will also require the post holder to prepare reports, documents and presentations for internal and external meetings. You will act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information to staff ahead of events and external meetings. You will ensure standards and code of conduct are easily accessible to Licensed Bodies, Trustees and staff, as well as maintaining data processes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and improve internal systems, combined with managing the license award and reviews with Licensed Members.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have previous experience of providing high level administrative support to a team, and must possess excellent organisational skills. It is essential to have experience of arranging meetings, travel and accommodation with some minute taking skills. This role is ideally suited to someone who is keen to develop their career within the charity and not-for profit sector, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The placed candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, with great attention to detail. Experience of using Salesforce is desirable.
