Prospectus is excited to be collaborating with an international humanitarian organisation to source an Individual Giving/Regular Giving and Direct Marketing specialist, to lead their talented team and manage the organisation's complex individual giving fundraising programmes for a maternity fixed term period.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, the Individual Giving Manager will lead a successful and driven team and will work across the organisation with multiple teams, as well as managing external agencies. The Individual Giving Manager will lead on continual adaptation and delivery of the individual giving strategy as well as managing the substantial budget and team income target.

The Individual Giving Manager will lead a team of 8 individual giving fundraising staff with 4 direct reports. Leadership is a key element to the role so candidates will need to have good experience in this area. The successful candidate will also be an experienced individual giving fundraiser with direct marketing experience and experience working on multiple complex programmes and projects.
