The charity is looking for an experienced CRM specialist to assist them in using their database to better understand the impact of their work and to manage the relationships they have with their community.

Database Executive
Fixed term for 18 months | Full Time (flexible or part time working considered)
c. £27k-£32k pa
Cheam, Surrey

This is a very exciting and busy period within the Charity as they are implementing a new digital strategy with increased automation and digital service delivery alongside a review of the current data structure. This means they are looking to add to the existing team on a contract basis to help deliver this change.

You will be joining a friendly and productive team who are focussed on delivering quality reporting and analysis that delivers clear insights. You will use SQL to interrogate the database by translating real world questions into queries and build outputs into clear and usable reports.

You will also be responsible for supporting the database helpdesk with issues, fixes and report construction requests as and when needed.

Key Skills required for the role include:

  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience in selecting and manipulating data
  • Experience with data visualisation techniques
  • Experience of SSRS preferred
  • Understand best practise in data management and relevant legislation
  • Experience working within a membership or charitable environment is desirable
